“Hi Kari!! Rocky has completed 1 Super Puppy class and 2 of the Puppy Kindergarten classes. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate Margo. Boy, does she know what she's doing!! Rocky works really hard in the class and I think really enjoys it. I was just trying to get his attention so that he didn't bark at the guys fixing our garage roof, and after calling his name twice, I remembered "watch me", and he responded immediately.
So, one, hats off to Margo who is a really excellent teacher, and two, now I know that these classes are NOT to train the dogs. It's to train the humans. :)

“Hi Kari! We were in your class with Mojo, and I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the Level 1 class with you! I don't know if you could see all the change in him because he wasn't at his best around all the dogs, but if could see the difference it made in OUR little world, it was like night and day -- the impulse control, the ability to wait quietly, and especially walking on a leash. “Kari, The transformation is incredible! The dogs still start to act out when we come home but after 1 or 2 “walk a way’s” they just get it and quiet down. Another great insight was when you talked about the “trigger” items like my jacket. That is really helpful in working with them. I think we understand it is a daily thing to work with them whenever we get the chance using simple requests to keep them thinking. They seem calmer and less stressed. J.
