Dear Kari,

This letter is long overdue! I can't tell how grateful I am to you for the work you have done with Harley. It seems like a different lifetime when I called Dr. Hillis in tears because I didn't know what to do with Harley and my family was saying things like, you can't keep her. As Dr. Hillis knows I am very attached to my dogs and that was like saying you can't keep your child.

I had spent probably over a thousand dollars in training for her aggression issues and no change. I was so concerned about her seriously hurting my other dog. Since she is a Rottweiler that was a strong possibility. I remember Dr. Hillis saying "you should call our Animal Behaviorist, Kari Bastyr". I talked to you for what, 30 minutes, on the phone and already felt better because you didn't tell me she can't change as others had suggested.

You gave me simple things to try before we met the first time and after only 2 sessions with you, she was better. And 4 months later, a new dog. She is such a pleasure now and my other dog, Teddy, is so much happier. I know I told you this at the time, but seriously, you are the dog whisperer. Oprah's animal behaviorist has nothing on you!

Thank you for your hard work and dedication to Harley. Thank you for your compassion and support of me when I was crumbling. I tell everyone with dog issues about you. It is so funny how many of my friends say "I wonder if that would work on my kids?" Maybe that could be your product expansion!
