My dog, Moxie, is a 6-year old Australian Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix. Ever since she was a puppy, she had a horrible habit of pulling hard on her leash whenever I walked her. I tried everything, even the dreaded choke collar but nothing seemed to help. I mentioned the problem to Kari one day and she suggested that Moxie needed the Gentle Leader style collar and brought one in to work for me the next day to try and explained how to use it. The difference is like night and day!!!! Moxie is wonderful to walk now and even seems to be less aggressive toward other dogs when she's wearing the Gentle Leader. Thanks to Kari, I don't dread walking my dog anymore.
